This warranty covers defects and failure of repairs and paint work conducted by colourfuel from improper use of material or craftsmanship under normal use.
How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period is of 3 years from the date the workmanship is conducted, which must be supplied for the Warranty claim. Which can be passed on to future owners.
If a warranty claim has been submitted the warranty period will assume the remaining days of the original 3 years.
What is covered?
- Paint defects are limited to,- delamination, rust and Corrosion, bubbling, fading, crazing and excessive chipping under normal use.
- Repaired area are covered against fractures and delamination. And not including additional damage events.
- This warranty does not cover parts that are subject to normal wear and tear. Wear and tear parts are subject to damage as a result of normal use.
What will we do to correct problems?
In the case of one of the mentioned issues colourfuel will repair and paint the parts to restore to quality condition the customer must assume any disassembly costs associated with the rectification.
What do you have to do?
- To obtain our warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
- Provide a reciept for the work conducted and/or a proof of purchase.
- Warranty is transferable through resale.
